I wanted to fill you in for the next session which starts this Friday February 3rd. I picked up my key to Yoga Evolution this morning. (which was labeled #13- my lucky number!!) ;0)
Yoga Evolution is about a bock away from the Art center... It’s in the back of the Benjamin Fox Pavilion next to the post office http://www.yoga-evolution.com -It’s has it’s own entrance, no need to go into the main building.

When you’re ready to make your frozen treat grab your food processor and toss in the bananas.

What Greens Are Doing For Me

What are Greens are doing for me? Well what aren't they doing? I have been wanting to do this post for sometime now. I seem to be getting more calls, texts or comments per week about this topic more than anything else... (Thats a good thing ;) I posted this beautiful photo because I add beans to my green smoothie. Actually, I'll add anything that happens to be green, red or purple and is in my fridge or from my garden.
Creamy White Bean Hummus
White Bean Basil Hummus With Garden Goodies - A Glass Of Green Tea With Fresh Mint!
1-2 cans of White Cannellini Beans
1-2 tsp of Tahini (puree of sesame seeds)
1-2 cloves of Fresh Garlic
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon
1 Tbs of Olive Oil

Washed & Broken Into Pieces
I've have been making Kale Chips for about a year now. I tired them every which way... High heat, (too fragile) Medium heat, (okay) Dehydrator (which the family didn't love) and now low heat 250 degree's in my convection oven~(which is the winner).
*Don't worry if you don't have a convection oven a regular oven works just fine. If you have a dehydrator I encourage you to try them in there... I liked them very much, they were a hard sell with the family but you never know maybe it was the seasoning. I borrowed mom's dehydrator for that batch so I haven't re-tried it.
