Raw Ice Cream
Start by peeling and slicing fresh banana’s. Place in freezer until completely frozen, I do overnight.

When you’re ready to make your frozen treat grab your food processor and toss in the bananas.
I scrape down the sides so it gets nice and smooth.... You can enjoy just like that! Yum... :)
I decided to add some chunky Trader Joe’s organic peanut butter and some raw cacao.... and then I decided it needed my family’s secret recipe.... “Vanilla Paste” That helped remove more of the banana taste. It’s not that I don’t like the taste of banana's, I was trying to go for a chocolate, peanut butter ice cream flavor. The funny thing is ice cream’s not my treat of choice on most days... But my family loves it! This is pretty darn delish of I must say!!!

So after I got the flavor and the constancy I wanted, I scooped into a airtight container and froze. Now it’s ready to be scooped back out and topped with whatever you like.... I added pecans and some of my homemade coconut milk whip cream which I still need to perfect! But it tastes pretty great... I also tossed that in the freezer to thicken~ since I didn’t get it to whip as I though it would! :) Need to try another brand! I also added vanilla paste to my whip cream!

Whatever your flavor is go ahead and try it... it’s fool proof... Oh by the way I know I started with 4 banana’s!
